Дорогі брати і сестри!
Ми, Молодіжна рада Федерації профспілок України, звертаємось до всіх наших братів і сестер з міжнародних профспілкових організацій!
Російська федерація продовжує жорстокий тероризм на території нашої країни, вбиває людей, нищить цивільну інфраструктуру, лікарні, школи, дитячі садки, бомбардує енергетичну систему країни.
Підрив Каховської гідроелектростанції, (ГЕС) призвів до затоплення десятків населених пунктів, сільськогосподарських угідь, зруйнував екосистему. Та найгірше - це смерті людей, наших братів і сестер, які залишились на окупованих територіях.
Сьогодні, як ніколи, увесь світ знаходиться під загрозою ядерної катастрофи! Окупація Запорізької АЕС - свідомий ядерний шантаж та терор усього світу і підрив Каховської дамби підсилив загрозу ядерної катастрофи.
Ми закликаємо вас задуматись над тим, що під загрозою страшної смерті знаходяться зараз жителі Енергодару та наші колеги, працівники ЗАЕС, а це близько 2000 працівників.
Наші колеги, які проживають в м.Енергодар, працюють під фізичним та психологічним тиском окупантів. Десятки людей викрадені, та піддаються тортурам. Десятки людей вбиті російськими окупантами. Місто обстрілюють з метою підвищення тиску на міжнародне співтовариство.
Тому, ми закликаємо міжнародну профспілкову спільноту:
1. Вимагати негайного виведення російських військ з ЗАЕС та передачі станції під контроль України
2. Звертатись до урядів країн щодо надання Україні необхідних засобів протиповітряної та протиракетної оборони для забезпечення енергетичної та ядерної безпеки як України, так і всього європейського континенту.
3. Звернутись до ООН та МАГАТЕ з вимогами:
⁃ Не приховувати інформацію щодо порушення бар'єрів ядерної безпеки з боку рф та росатому.
⁃ Виконувати свою безпосередню функцію щодо нерозповсюдження ядерних матеріалів.
⁃ Накласти санкції на росатом за участь у ядерному тероризмі та порушення норм ядерної безпеки.
4. Організовувати демонстрації в ваших країнах проти ядерного тероризму та дій російських окупантів, які порушують усі можливі норми ядерної безпеки на окупованій ЗАЕС
5. Посилити гуманітарну допомогу для населення, яке постраждало після підриву дамби Каховської ГЕС
Ми не можемо бути осторонь!
Ми не маємо морального права залишати наших колег як на ЗАЕС так в інших регіонах України без підтримки!
Це наша відповідальність, як об’єднань які відстоюють права людини та достойні умови праці!
Закликаємо до негайних дій!
Dear trade union brothers and sisiters!
We, the Youth Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, address all of our brothers and sisters from international trade union organizations!
The russian federation continues brutal terrorism on the territory of our country, kills people, destroys civilian infrastructure, hospitals, schools, kindergartens, and bombs the country's energy system.
The blowing of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP) resulted in flooding of dozens of settlements and agricultural lands, and destruction of the ecosystem. But the worst thing is the death of people, especially our brothers and sisters, who remained in the occupied territories.
Moreover, now, more than ever, the whole world is under the threat of a nuclear disaster! The occupation of Zaporizhzhya NPP is a deliberate act of nuclear blackmail and terror against the entire world! And blowing of the Kakhovka HPP increased the threat of a nuclear disaster.
We urge you to think about the fact that our colleagues, almost 2000 workers of Zaporizhzhya NPP as well as civilians of Energodar are now under the threat of a terrible death!
Our colleagues who live in Energodar work under constant physical and psychological pressure from the occupiers. Dozens of people are being kidnapped and tortured. Dozens of people were killed by the russian invaders. The city is being shelled in order to increase pressure on the international community.
Therefore, we appeal to and DEMAND the international trade union community to:
1. Demand the immediate withdrawal of russian troops from the Zaporizhzhya NPP and return of the plant under Ukrainian control.
2. Appeal to the governments to provide Ukraine with the necessary means of anti-aircraft and anti-missile defense to ensure the energy and nuclear security of both Ukraine and the entire European continent.
3. Apply to the UN and the IAEA in particular:
⁃ Not to hide information about the nuclear safety barriers violation conducted by russia and rosatom.
⁃ To fulfill its direct function regarding the non-proliferation of nuclear materials.
⁃ Imposing sanctions on rosatom for participating in nuclear terrorism and violating nuclear safety standards
4. Hold demonstrations in your countries against nuclear terrorism and the actions of the russian occupiers, who violate all possible nuclear safety standards at the occupied Zaporizhzhya NPP
5. Strengthen humanitarian aid for the people affected by the explosion of the Kakhovskaya HPP dam.
We can't stay away!
We have no moral right to leave our colleagues both at Zaporizhzhya NPP and in other regions of Ukraine without support!
This is our responsibility as associations that defend human rights and decent working conditions!
We call for immediate actions!
